Very sad to hear about the passing of Pat. I can’t recall the night I met her and Erik at Tony and Wendy’s house. I was very struck by how kind and inclusive she was towards me. Please accept my deepest condolences to you all on this sad passing. I am so sorry I can’t be there to help you all celebrate Pat’s life, but you are all in my thoughts.

To my dear Auntie Pat, I am missing our phone calls. Thank you for your love and support especially over the last 15 months, while battling breast cancer, there would be a phone call every couple of weeks, checking up on me, with her last text message saying Thinking of you and Mildura Family, talk soon, that was 27 January when we were having an expected temperature of 50c, thank god it didn’t get to that, we only got to 49c. I always looked forward to you calling in, to see us on your way home, from your trips away and we’d have lunch and listen to your adventures that you had, with the last time, we caught up was when I was down in Melbourne for tests in November ‘24. I am so sorry that I couldn’t be there today to be with Tony, Peter, Michael, Stephen and their Families, but we will hopefully catch up soon. You were one of a kind, and a very special Aunt 🩷
